United Way of Greater Chattanooga is thrilled to welcome four new members to its governance board. These leaders, representing a range of industries and lived experiences, share a deep commitment to helping build a region where every child can thrive and every family can break the cycle of financial hardship. Welcoming new voices from across sectors is a vital part of how United Way is building a more connected community to drive lasting change.
Meet the New Board Members
The following leaders will serve three-year terms. Each brings a personal passion for service and a clear reason for joining United Way’s mission:

Leadership in Action
Ken Jones, Senior Director of Business Services at EPB, is serving his final year as board chair, with Dalya Qualls White stepping in as chair elect. Ken has played a key role in refining the organization’s strategic vision following its centennial celebration. His leadership, expertise and commitment to community have helped propel United Way into its next chapter of impact.
